Why these leads are different
These aren’t people thinking about a project someday. They have a written quote in hand, a number in their head, and they’re deciding this week. You see the job type, the ZIP, the scope they described, and what they were quoted, before you ever pick up the phone.
You’ll never get a warmer lead than someone holding a competitor’s quote.
One pro per trade per ZIP code
A seat is one trade in one town block, five ZIP codes. Hold it and you are the only pro for that trade on AhTown there. Seats are free until another pro wants yours. When that happens, they place an open bid with a 3-month minimum, and you get first say: match it or let it go. There’s no listed price, because the price is whatever the next pro thinks your towns are worth. Request an invite to hold a seat and John will talk with you first.
Hold the seat early and the bidding starts from your number, not theirs.
The one rule
Every AhTown pro keeps a 4.5-star average across their reviews to stay on the platform. Homeowners trust the second quote because we don’t let just anyone hold a seat.
That rule is what makes your name worth something on this site.
What you get
- The lead by text and email the moment the homeowner says yes, with job type, ZIP, scope notes and the competitor’s quoted price
- Your own page on AhTown for your ZIP block
- The right to match any bid on your seat
One job a month covers most seats many times over.
What we ask
- Respond to every lead within 24 hours. We track it.
- Keep your 4.5.
- Never contact a homeowner who didn’t say yes.
Do those three things and the seat is yours for as long as you want it.
What members say
Getting listed took one conversation and I didn’t have to build anything. What sold me was where it shows up. People don’t scroll through ten blue links any more, they ask an assistant who seals driveways near them, and my page is written so those answers can actually read it. I’m not paying for a lead someone else also bought.

Being the one landscaping name on AhTown in my towns has put me in front of people I would never have met knocking on doors.
Owner, Top Notch Lawn & Landscaping · Landscaping and snow, Middletown block
This makes a lot of sense for my business and I’ve never seen anything like this.
Owner, A&J Pest Hunters · Pest control, Middletown block
I like knowing who else is on there. When a customer asks me for an electrician or someone to handle their roof, I want to send them to somebody I can stand behind, and now there is one name per trade in my own towns instead of me guessing. It works both ways too. The referrals come back.

Some members quoted here hold a founding seat they received free of charge. Their experience is their own, and results vary.
